The hills are alive! We are fast approaching the bonanza of our next summer show of 2024, the Sound of Music! We are extremely excited to invite everyone to come and audition to be a part of this amazing show.
We are looking to cast a large number of people to play all manner of roles in this outdoor production in Eynsford Castle. The show dates are 2nd to 10th of August and our rehearsal period will run from Feb 2024 at a slower pace ramping up about mid April.
Saturday 16th September 10am Eynsford Village Hall
Saturday will consist of dancing audition for ALL auditionees until 12 and then 12-2 will be ensemble auditions.
There will also be a workshop in the afternoon for any children who wish to attend at 2pm ready for the auditions the next day. The workshop is not mandatory to audition on the Sunday.
There are multiple mandatory audition pieces for some leads, and whilst they may appear in others, if they are not listed for your character, you are not expected to prepare them.
Sunday 17th September 10am Eynsford Village Hall
This will be the day we focus on auditioning the speaking parts and our soloist singers.
Readthroughs – 10th Sept 2pm 12th Sept 7pm
There will be readthroughs for anyone who wishes to come and see what the show is all about! Everybody welcome.
